Jordan definitely wants to be captain. You can tell by the way she dances. I could tell when she was in the stands dancing behind Danielle in every game. She should try out although I'm sure she will. All the ladies did AMAZING! Love the dolls😍
I think we can all agree that these are not the same dolls of the 90s and early 2000s. Between Dani , Kp, Seara, and Dtara ... a new "species" of dolls have evolved. They can no longer sleep on the dolls ... EVER!

Marion Simmons it's not that I sleep on her because she brought a lot to the table , she was very classy and elegant , which the dolls are known for. The captains that I named brought a different energetic feel and swag to the dolls. Nothing against April because she had the dolls looking like grown women , can't take that away from her.

All these years later and I'm still so impressed by the job Maya did leading for this whole battle. I don't care what any of those new "fans" say...2017 should've been her year and Haymer/D'Tara were dead wrong for robbing her of it. The Dolls' style never needed that re-brand.

As a someone who has not watched this dance team since the late 80's and early 90's, and just learning their names. I have to say that Jordan is the one that stands out. I have been watching several videos and there is something special about her. I danced for over 20 years and love it to my core. As a fellow artist who can see the "spark", Jordan has it. This is in no way discounting the wonderful talent of the others. The whole team is divine. Great work and I will be watching for 2017-18. They have gained a fan.

Listen, watching Tye lead at the end pissed me off cause she was a big ole “B” to those crabs. That hug Maya give Dani was werid knowing they both had secret agendas against each other. Maya’s crab sister phone call to Gabby about Dani as well as Dani knowing she was already ploting her return. She probably knew Maya was coming back on the low. The “mentors” were all in on it. Someone needs to turn the book into a movie. I would even settle for a Tubi version.😂

Tye put them to work in the strut. I like when they stay in motion strutting it wasn’t a lot of strutting more movement and I liked. She brought me back to Sierra cole and April days when soon as they bust out that dome they started moving

I was watching the "Nobody Does it Better" part and I generally think Tye can't see Maya, like she can't see the catchon at all. Like, you can see her looking over to Maya for a few counts so it's obvi that she is paying attention but still messes up.
The line of sight in the back row is bad. Melody was in that spot last season and could not see Kayla most of the time.

JDavis032 Me either, I like her but she over exaggerates counts and it ends up looking sloppy at times. Sometimes she doesn't even do the counts correctly at all. She brings fire to the squad though, which why she is in the Ace spot I guess.
JDavis032 Jordan is a fire ball no doubt about it. I do not see the dolls often but every time I see them Jordan is bursting with energy. She brings a lot of life. The only drawback is that sometimes her move doesn't seem at refined, precise and controlled. To me it looks a little sloppy at times but most folks seem to love it. The girls has moves but she just has to know how to refine it with more grace.

Dani is out for her injury, so the CoCaptain is taking her spot until she heals. Captains typically let seniors either lead for a song or lead on marching out because it being their last Bayou Classic, etc.
