It’s definitely not illegal in competition shows.
In TPOT 11 8 Ball cracked a window (this was made before TPOT 11 ik) but if it was made before that, then 8 ball will be charged with this: First-degree criminal mischief is a Class B felony (up to 25 years in prison). All other criminal mischief levels are misdemeanors.
