- It's funny how somewhere as busy as St Pancras International Train Station can also be an oasis of peace and calm. Playing Big Fish piano cover 《大鱼》钢琴曲, the theme song from Big Fish & Begonia 《大鱼海棠》adds a magical feeling to St Pancras. I really love that in such a busy place, there are these public pianos just sitting here to be explored and shared.

I can't Play a note but grew up with a piano always in our home. Listened to my mom and brother I miss that I'm 72 now. Thank you, you take me back there sometimes.

Another beautiful piece from such a talented young man. Cole, you're giving my favorite you tube pianist Francesco Parrino a real run for his money now and that is a HUGE thing because you're half or more his age. You are capturing that very special quality of bringing out such emotion in your playing. It's where your brain is willing the keys to produce the notes that then float off in a cloud into the air. Beautiful job. I'd gladly miss my train to stop to listen to you play. :)
What a wonderful commentary for Cole. This is the second public piano performance released on video and both are at a whole new level. Who knew that this approximate 18-month interruption in public playing would result in such a giant Step Up in your performance level. Passers-by could tell that Cole's playing is a rare moment to experience.

Many thanks Cole, There is a lot of emotion in that piece. Somehow St. Pancras was busy but clearly not like it used to be, so whilst there were people about, it was quite calm, ideal for this type of music. I noted that the Currency Exchange is closed - no surprise if nobody is going abroad.
Yes this was the same day I went out before and it was quite quiet

It's not in a mall. That is the train station, just there are some shops along the way (to the trains)

I love Big Fish. Just like Bob (and no doubt others) I find it emotional and romantic. A quiet and attentive audience was ideal for the expressive playing of this piece. I have fantasies about what would happen if you told your followers when and where you would be playing and then played something like Bohemian Rhapsody. Of course, many of us, like me for instance, would not be able to join you - but ........ nevertheless.
