GoPro Hero 12 Chest Mount VS Helmet Mount for MTB

In this video I am comparing 2 ways of mounting the GoPro Hero 12 black for recording video when mountain biking in a dedicated trail. Chest mount VS helmet mount see what you think is best. Maybe the two are very good proposition of recording footage, you tell me. The 2 videos were shot in the 8:7 aspect ratio of the Hero 12 that you can leave as his or choose the ratio you prefer for example 16:9 in post-production, I really like this way of shooting. I am using the HDR setting that limits the resolution to 4K. The videos were shot at Sepaq Orford National Park. I am using my Norco 2023 Sight VLT A2.

Thanks! This provides a great perspective. I would have thought that the the helmet mount would have been shakier.
