@@jheshuajaramillo1868 All steps are in video: - F2 entering BIOS - 0:16 go to Boot Sequence-> mark box with your USB Drive(mine is kingston data traveler), than Set to UEFI from Boot list Option - 0:22 go to Secure Boot -> Boot Sequence-> Secure Boot Enable and mark Secure Boot Enable ! Don't forget to Apply after every modification you made. - 0:35 F12 entering Boot Menu and select UEFI USB Drive you have If this configuration does not work, my opinion is that you don't have USB drive formated in GPT mode. Use Rufus to do that

Una vez instalado el sistema operativo, después de reiniciar no detecta para nada el disco duro, vuelve a iniciar desde la usb
sure you don't have something set correctly in the bios or you have the USB stick in MBR format

How did you manage to have you SSD being recognized on UEFI? Mine doesn't. Updated the bios and everything. Hope I can figure it out.

Hi, yes you can. Search "Dell Optiplex 3070 install Windows from USB and boot W10 x86 MBR". You need USB drive permanently connected to PC.
