Hello. I have a problem. My usb mouse was broken and i had error “power surge on usb port damage”. After couple of this errors my Dell lagged and blue death screen appeared. I reload my laptop because of instant 0% - and then after restart black screen appeared with “no bootable device” error.
With diagnostics on F5 i have problem “hard drive not installed”. Changing boot settings from Legacy to UEFI didn’t help.
Is my hard drive dead, or it can be revived? Will be all my data gone? Or it can particularly saved? From D drive at least

Today I got SSD changed to new SSD as the last time could not start the same way.
I thought SSD gone . So changed it. 2 hours ago I received the laptop but having same problem.

To solve the problem,
1) Secure boot should be disables
2) select legacy option in boot sequence
3) enable legacy in advanced boot option
4) in system configration select sata operation then select achi option
Follow above all 4 option
simple one more way is 1 1) load default and 4th option
