Okay this legit worked. The second option. Mine was already on UEFI so I shifted it to legacy - problem wasn't solved and it didn't start up. Then I shifted it back from legacy to UEFI and it WORKED! I actually opened my laptop to clean it and then it started giving no bootable device error. I thought I fucked up the SSD. Thank goodness, and thank you!

He doesn't state this, but Bitlocker key required screen came up on my Dell Inspiron 15, and user Lesson Learned told me to back into tapping F2, and turn boot enable back on. Then my laptop started correctly the next time. Thanks for the great video!

For the people reading this it’s because my hard drive overheated and expanded. Fingers crossed it isn’t the same situation for you guys
When I try to change uefi to legacy, warning " legacy oroms cannot be enabled with firmware tpm enabled"
Go to security and disable it
