I have recently got possession in global hill apartment under affordable housing in gurgaon. The main issue is electricity. Before purchasing the builder promised on paper that there will be 24 hrs power supply. But after people start staying, they faced 10-11 hrs power cut. When we asked the builder, they replied that the lift/ lobby will get 24 hrs power supply. Not the individual flats. So what can we do in this situation?

I am interested to buy builder flat 2bhk at Laxman Vihar, Gurugram. Flat carpet area is 865 Sq ft but builder is mentioning 563 Sq ft on the registry. Please suggest. I want to verify builder's property documents also. Please suggest and provide your consultation fee.
Mera problem ye hai ki rera K bare me jankari n hone k karan builder mujhe 675 s/f area batakar deal Kiya Lekin agreement paper me26. 88s/meter hai. amount bhi alag hai. extra amount mujhe cash me mang raha hai. Kaya karna chahiye.
Pls clarify if possession has been given after full and final payment including registry amount but builder has not got OC and CC even after one year of giving possessions and handover.so will 5 years guarantee will be applicable after possession or only after OC and CC.kindly clarify effective date in such cases pls

Sir I Have Purchased a Flat in Mumbai from a Reputed Developer & the Project is Registered Under MahaRera. My Query is that for Example if the Flat is 1000 Sqft on Agreement as per Rera Carpet Area & the same Registered. Later I get it Measured from an Architect & a Govt Approved Property Valuer which shows that my Flat is 3% Less in size which is 970 Sqft same as per Rera Pattern. Am I Eligible to Claim a Refund of this 30 sqft from the Builder..? How..?

There is no violation of the elevation , if you install the bird net. The fit outs should be projected outside.

If you do not have any documents, no remedy under these circumstances.

It will effective from the date of posession or the date of registration whichever the prior.
