Ever, am not fond eating cakes, very seldom but learning baking my own cakes, every morning cake is part of our morning coffe table while my apo loves to eat so instead of buying commercial bread, for merienda, nakaka siguro akong malinis at healthy ang ingredients sa sariling bake na cakes and cupcakes. I've put 1tbsp of vanilla instead of 1 tsp. Nakakaloka! It became soupy. It is my Mom's 81st Bday today. Have to redo it again. Even the Cake was a fail. Instead of Baking it. I tried steaming it. It tasted more of like a Banana Cake rather than a Mocha. So i had to use my other recipe for Mocha. Anyway, the buttercream frosting. i like

Hello chef is it realy moist kahit hindi na sya i brush ng golden syrup usually nakikita ko mga video they brushed it with syrup to keep it moist. I like smbc compared sa american kasi di sya ganun ka tamis. will give this recipe a try. thanks.

Kuya Boyet late ko na nakita ung sa baking soda na 1/2 tsp lng pala hahaha anyways it came out good. Di ko pa natikman ung cake pero ung outcome niya gusto ko kasi very fluffly moist and soft. Pantay na pantay and i made in into 6" cakes. Ang sinabay ko na icing is cream cheese with whipped. Excited nako tikman. More power to you and i like your videos simple pero makabuluhan. More power!
