Pruning Instead of Removing: Why Remove A Beautiful Tree?

In this video we are tasked with pruning an oak tree to create clearance over a building and to help with creating more light. A lot of people would say a tree like this needs to be removed being so close to a building, however as an arborist I much prefer to retain as many nice specimens as possible by choosing to prune a tree where possible instead of just getting rid of it.
