Hi, I'm so glad I saw your videos I'm a Spanish teacher for 6 years and I am soso so burnout. Next week it's the first week for the students and I am starting to have panic attacks, stomach ache, it's bad .. Well, I am packing as I write. I am not going back this school year or ever. I am moving with my family to rebuild my life. You are not alone and our mental health and physical health has no price, without it is just impossible ❤
