- This is a little review of the @Eryone3D Filament Dryer Snail. All in all it is a simple functional drive box with what most will see as a reasonable price.
As I said in the video I'm not going to quote correct pricings because sales seem to be on the rise and it might go even lower or go back to its original price but it's normal price from what I've seen is reasonable for the capabilities that it offers.
Will this work for every type of material well it does show a table that does cover a vast range and after speaking with Eryone regarding this aspect they feel that it should do as they described. I think this will probably be true but the drying times may vary depending on the brand of filament that you put in it because as we know polymers in filaments vary in the mixture used from one brand to another which can cause one filament to require longer drying times or higher temperatures than others. As well some material types require more drawing time and even higher temperatures than expected. But for the average user that works with PLA, PLA+, PETG, ABS I think this will do the job.

Now regarding the hygrometer as you can see I got them in a multi-pack. But that's because I couldn't find a single in black. there is one of these in white in a single path at a fraction of the price of the multi if you only just want to get one. But it never hurts to have one in the room letting you know what the environment is like around your filaments If you find that you have a very low humidity area this may not be as big of a deal.
