Thx for introducing us to another good app option. I don’t need the focus timer but I am looking for a way to block access to social media apps thruout the day so this is helpful. I’m not too bothered by cost I think $5/mo is a worth the ROI on my well being but will look for other options. Thx again! 👏🏼

Do you know of any free or cheaper alternatives that allow you to do a similar thing? I’d love to be able to restrict apps to certain times but I just can’t justify the money
You sold me on Opal! I've been thinking of buying one of those timer safes for phones. However, I do need my phone for Team messaging, pomodoro timers, any other productivity apps. I've tried working on my Doom scrolling but I know that I can still squeeze out a few more hours of productivity. Taking the steep price as nothing but more but an investment in regaining back hours of my life :)
Isn't it easier to put the phone away from you or turn off internet access, than to pay an application to do it for you? This is only for people with bad character…
