Our friends at @borla took in our Hellcat Rolls Royce Silver Shadow to bless us with the best of the best exhaust technology! Typically we slap together some unscientific nonsense and hope for the best but with friends like Borla we are getting a masterpiece of an exhaust system. They've worked endlessly to develop the best possible X-Pipe system and came up with what they call the "Switchfire". It looks nuts and is full of science so win-win for us! First things first, all the little things! Suppy and Alex need to get in gear and finish up all the intakes before we can get an exhaust. You know... so this big ol’ SRT Hellcat crate engine's supercharger can breathe. Since this is a party mobile/race car we also need to finish up the dry break so it can actually get fueled up with the quickness. The real question is, how many jabronies does it take to get the Rolls Royce on the trailer? Click the play button and enjoy the show!

shoutout to the editors for the consistent hit markers, it does not go unnoticed 😂
If all tv ads were edited by this crew I'd actually watch them - and I dont even watch TV I stream! You guys are rad, keep it up. 🔥

absolutely true
The editors are goated
Yea but they forgot to edit out the garbage between 5:49-6:34.
Borla: *Explains science of the notes and how diameters of the tubing has a relationship with said notes
Hoonigans: “word has many syllables, woah.”
😂
Much syllabes, soo science.

@@secretmountain9064 just? How old are you 😂😂😂😂 wow 🤦♂️
@@TheHoonigans so I’m in high school working on cars and know how to weld so if I wanted to join the team how would i
Honestly a lot goes into exhaust systems for good sound.
There’s the reason why the Lexus LFA sounds like a roaring angel.
Yeah. Yamaha sure knows how to develop a good exhaust system.
And don't get confused ladies and gentlemen. He isn't talking about Yamaha motors side of the business perfecting the LFA sound with their department that designs and builds musical instruments
That car is a masterpiece of sonic perfection
or a raspy garbage can......
Also the firing order of a V10 and I5 produces beautiful sounds.
Polyphonic just mean multiple notes at the same time. It's how playing chords work, and it's really cool to hear people talking about it in the automotive aftermarket
Sound tech work is broad reaching and absolutely fascinating

Borla is an outstanding company that backs their warranty 100%! They replaced my 12 year old XJ exhaust that I beat the crud out of off road. The muffler internals started to rattle and they sent me a new complete cat back. Excellent service, excellent parts
🤯 fan-fn-tastic!
Dam. That's rare these days.
Same - Fiesta ST catback developed a rattle inside the muffler - brand new section sent immediately. I'll only buy Borla!!
I agree , had same excellent service with my mustang
Yo hats off to you for rockin the XJ which means that a 4.0 was roaring under the hood and with some Bolra exhausted usually sounds pretty frequent reasonable. My piece of junk XJ is pretty much missing everything cat back back courtesy of cancer
Can't wait to hear that exhaust sound.
That exhaust is a work of art.
Honestly I'd love to see this full build get down on This vs That once its finished.
Oh that's definitely going to happen.
@@TheHoonigans oh you KNOW I'm gonna watch that.
@@TheHoonigans maybe pair it up with the drift Jaguar you had on one of your episodes a few years ago. Might also be good fun to see them drift tandem together
Rolls vs Lord Frightening? Still waiting to see what that truck can do
Maybe even a "rolls vs the world" special if it ends up being fast enough
I'm glad that Vin absolutely blasting the shitcar lugs in with an impact is in fact still in the hearts and minds of the hoonigans even today, 4:54
4:03 "I work on cars, I'm stupid". Suppy is a vibe.
Ron calling Grimm Paul Giammatti 🤣
I prefer the natural mystery of building your own exhaust not knowing how it’s going to sound until it’s done😂
😂😂😂😂 The guys at Borla are scumbags at heart! They got a good sense of humor with putting those speakers on the Mach-E! 😂😂😂😂
I thought it was a Mach-E, i just couldn't understand why it sounded good 😂
I think it’s a dope idea the one thing that pulls me away from e vehicles is the lack of sound (and gears to shift ofc, but Chrysler is working on that)
Suppy: "We get to watch other people build stuff??" 🤣🤣🤣
Borla's stuff sounds phenomenal especially the ATAK mufflers... makes the coyotes sound so aggressive
Sick references guys. Your references are out of control, everyone says.
3 boxes from The Wire? Who pulls that kind of obscurity. I love it.
I love how 4 years ago we were watching bmws go off loading ramps, man lines, and shitcart when it was an actual miata. Now it's 1000 hp builds one after another.
The fact that the Borla team was talking about he root and 5th in tuning the exhaust, like tuning a musical instrument, I'M SOLD!
Borla knows.
Added Plus: This Borla exhaust structure is a thing of beauty!
You guys need to launch a "Hoonigans Bolt on Boys" sticker lol I'd definitely buy it
What should we do with the Hellcat Rolls Royce first once it's done?
Drive it at an Adams or HTM event!
Go to the old donut garage and hit the manline with the boys 😂
Feed it is first set of tires 😈
Burn it to the rims
Jump it 😂
I absolutely love this build 👍
We do too.
@@TheHoonigans it's about time
This is my favorite build so far. The guys are having so much fun 😉
5:15 is why I enjoy watching this build. suppys simple "yes" had me dead
One of the coolest builds on RUclips right now!
For real
Man I was just thinking how professional Alex and Suppy are getting on these builds...... then the next scene.... loading it on the trailer..... good job guys
I don't think we could've possibly asked for a better build to have ending 2021. The relationship between Suppy and Alex is as good as it gets, and the work they put out is top notch! Appreciate all you fellas for doing what you do.🙏
Finally, someone using the hand guard on an angle grinder! Makes my skin itch when people don't bother
This RR series is legitimately the funnest series in a while, Suppy and Alex are gold.
Next project : A height adjustable trailer with a winch! 😜
The guys at borla explaining exhaust tuning was crazy
just putting it out there, you guys really need to build an airbag trailer for yourselves
I can't wait to hear what that beast sounds like. Bless you guys for keeping classics alive.
I’ve always wondered how they have not had a trailer sponsor by now lol been years struggling with that small trailer and no winch
fax. wheres the aluminum tilting lowboy with a super trick winch setup and all the other bells n whistles like the swing-down sides?
Honestly, for as much shit as they haul around, you'd think they'd have a better one by now.
X pipe as close to the header collector as possible sounds the best.
Well. Wouldnt Borla know that also. Let them make their stuff and wait for the end result.
@@TheSoppakulho Right I'm sure the do. Im just speaking solely on sound. That's what made nascar cup cars sound the way they do having the xpipe as close to the collector as possible even more so then the boomtube. They are going many steps further than just sound.
that side exit version was amazing ! 12:43
So glad these two are In videos constantly now and doing quality work 🤙🏼
I can't wait to hear it. I literally can't get enough of this build! That thing is going to be so freakin cool when it's done!!!
Hahaha, always on point with the cutaways. Even got some metalacolypse in there! Also, rolls build looking awesome you guys. Killing it, can’t wait to see it continue!
You guys are always teaching me things in every single video, while I laugh and constantly stay amazed! Love you guys, and thank you all for what you guys do!
Best thing I’ve ever heard in a Hoonigan ever, THANK YOU ALEX GRIMM FOR STUPPY. Alex needs a raise if he’s coming up with gold like that.
Just discovered this channel, and it's awesome!
Grim and Suppy are my favorite duo in this channel. Keeps killin' those builds!
I can't wait to see this finished, nothing else like it. So cool.
No one gonna talk about them including Alaska in the Canada picture at 6:21?
if i ever get a classic muscle car, i might look into getting one of these exhausts for it.
seems pretty cool to have
I love the bolt on guys (Ron)... and I know most of you have already BEYOND proven your skilz as makers (looking at you Danger Dan), but Suppy and Alex are some of the brightest and also funniest and most endearing builders on camera!
I've got a coyote mustang with a full 3" Borla system. It sounds SO good. Way better than the guys who just slap Corsa axle backs on their cars. Borla is just the best.
I'm so excited to see this build finished. I've always loved the old boxy wraith, and now it has a V8
Very metal
imagine working at borla testing the new x pipes, and getting paid to listen to different exhausts all day and pick your favorite.
It's a great job! I love every single day of it!
I’ve tried almost all of the big name muffler brands and Borla is hands down the best. Best sounding, best build quality and the best variety of price options to fit nearly every budget. Best of all, made in the US of A!!!
I love the way you put in other clips from movies and such. It cracks me up every time😂😂😂
Can't wait to have this as a hotwheel
As someone who understands music and how those chord progressions that they were talking about, and how they use that in the exhaust tech, that was really cool to learn.
"I'm not a builder im a bolt on boy" said every hoonigan employee ever lmaoo 😂😂😅
The editing always is insane
I love these projects 👍
I can’t wait to hear this !
I can't wait when they finish building it! 🙌
You guys are just casually flashing my dream car (white with blue stripe ford GT) in the back of the lot at Borla.
This RR already looks gorgeous.
I can't believe I searched up drag rolls Royce yesterday and saw this classic rolls Royce pop up and this video was posted today
I learnt a lot today! Good stuff 👍🏼
wow amazing about time you guys make something beautiful keep up the good work
That's awesome they came to oxnard for the exhaust, Borla always bring wild rides for car shows here
That's beautiful that guy gets the music to my ears🎧👏🍻
Dan's NB is looking sick, I have a borla exhaust on mine 😁
my favorite build on youtube so far❗️❗️
The different shapes on the tip changes EVERYTHING! OK?!
Borla is awesome!
Get the car done can't wait to see it
4:55 remember what happened last time Vin used an impact? DT035 flashbacks
@13:00 I agree with your dad that length & diameter change exhaust note, but so do metal gauge and metal composition i.e. titanium vs steel vs stainless etc, or more rare metals if still speaking about pipe organs.
Damnnn cant wait for this build to be done i hope u guys also gonna do a epic paint job on this beast off a rolls royce ( special airbrushed hoonigan/art Morrison theme ) its already for me the most epic build off 2021/2022
Pure 5th notes on the wheel of Coltrane. now thats some exhaust JAZZ
I'm obsessed with the movie clips and the hit markers.
Simple, but man it brings it all together every video 🤘
Ooooooof, shoutout to the guy that threw in The Wire cutaway 👊👊👊 Great show
Can’t wait to hear it
Finally, these guys get exhaust note right!!
@7:09 I've never seen a Rolls Royce disrespected so much. This is great!
I can see how the fuel fill looks like a cocktail shaker 😂😂
Working with Borla can definitely be EXHAUSTING, but always worth it in the end
I saw you guys driving around the c8 and that thing sounded beautiful.
Dopest Rolls Royce ever!
Love how they added the squeak noise 0:53 oww my frickin ears
suppy and grim are the dynamic we never ask for but we definitly needed
Wow that speaker system on the Mach E!!
"I work on cars, I'm stupid"......felt that in my soul
When the roles rolls off the trailer!!
Ya that's sooo many levels of cool!!!!
What are the odd i just finished the last 2 videos and this come out right away😌
So upset I didn’t catch you guys rolling around Oxnard 🥲 especially going up and down Edison!!!
Damn that cross/x pipe is just beyond words
i cant wait to hear this thing
I’m so glad someone finally made the Paul Giamatti reference!!!! 😂
You guys are just great, I like it
❤️🔥
@@TheHoonigans 👍👍👍
Add a halo light on the headlight mesh intake just like the challengers do it would look amazing and sneaky
Having this would literally be a dream come true
This beast name is Hell Rolls lmfao!!! Love the channel 💪🏾💪🏾
