Thank you so much! 🤘I attempted to use Ankle Straps connected to the rear pulleys of the Rep Fitness Ares - with a chain and with a nylon strap. However, I didn’t like either option. In order to get a FULL range of motion, you need resistance at the bottom of the rep. Therefore, you need the chain/strap to be very tight when starting the movement. Having it tight made it awkward to get into position on top of the Leg Rollers.
Thanks Peege! Hey, what model Rep rack is that you have? I searched your playlists and saw the remodel video but it looked like you had your old TDS rack in the remodel. Is this the PR4000 and do you like it? Seems you do.
Had to sell the TDS Rack to make room for the PR5000 Rack with Ares Attachment (working on the PR5000/Ares review video right now). That being said, that TDS rack was a great value and I definitely recommend it as a great budget-friendly rack.
Great idea!!!
Thank you, Jonathan!
This is fantastic! I’ve been wondering how I can sit higher! Any reason not to use ankle straps and connect to the pulleys?

This is great feedback, thank you for all that you do.
You are most welcome!
Good stuff 💪
Thank you, Eric!!!
need a hack to make a smooth machine neutral grip
Glad to help! Can you elaborate? Not sure what you mean. Which machine? Is “smooth” a typo?
Not sure if this is what you mean ,but Kensui Swissies will let you do a neutral grip on a bar bell. Good for pull ups or probably bent rows too.
And, do you still have your Body Solid multistation gym?
Had to sell it to make room for the new equipment. It was a great piece of equipment though!
1:30 got it. PR5000. Shoulda kept watching. Thank you!
Yes. The PR5000. Working on the Review right now. Bottom line: I love it! Available here: bit.ly/48QwZhX Thank you for your support, Ron!
