Used to find good deals on treasures at Goodwill/thrift stores. Not any more. I think they have experts pick out good items to sell online. Not much fun now.

my grandparents lived near the Stangl outlet in Flemington NJ and had a pantry brimming over with just about every piece made in the pattern they collected. I rarely see it in thrift or antique stores.
People haven’t gotten rid of it yet. They’re still using it. I collect Stangl. Someone gave my grandmother a Stangl tea pot Town and Country pattern in blue. It’s spatter ware. I have added more pieces. It’s expensive. I also have a couple Stangl plates hanging on the brick wall in my kitchen.
Teapots without lids can be used as bird feeders. Just use rope or string or wire to hang the handle from a shepherd's hook or a plant hanger or bracket, so the lid opening is vertical. The birds can easily sit on the rim or the spout, some smaller birds go right inside to eat.
Wow I was surprised by the retail price on the regional artist. Gives me ideas with local online auctions- people don’t buy those and they go cheap. Thx for info. I have a boat load of prints, lithograph and some sarragraphs - oops spelling lol- and other artists. Just bought an old tapestry from medieval or renaissance period, going have to use you for an hour or two on these things. Been buying things you talk about and even bought some marbles?? Don’t collect but have the marvel and 50 clay ones from the late 19 th century, I think, but thinking is dangerous 😅
My sister and I always look forward to your videos. Our Goodwill stores don’t really have nicer things like what you show. Is there any way you could make your videos longer?
