We use thermal camera to check all dry wall and ceiling to locate water leakage or water ponding, as well as mould.

Great video.
Thank you. Julie is great.
I need to replace the window in my shower, because water has intruded there, due to a terrible DIY tile job by the previous homeowner. What type of window frame/sash material is least the likely to rot/grow mold/fail quickly? Thank you.
Good question for a local contractor.
Were those lights in the shower approved for a wet location? Were the windows in the showers tempered glass? These are 2 safety issues that definitely need addressed.
Good questions. When I see remodels with elements that I can not verify, I recommend consulting with the homeowner to determine if all necessary permits were obtained, inspections performed and final signatures obtained.
Good question for Julie. Thanks for watching.
I learned something new, never knew what a fry daddy was til today. To bad, they burned down so many homes. What have they done to improve? Do you come across bathrooms with the steamer and stuff a lot?
I have seen air fryers which could take the place of deep fryers. This was the only bathroom I have seen (so far) with a steamer system installed.

0:27 why is the water all nasty brown?
It is not uncommon to see dirt/debris on the bottom of the tanks on the older toilets. Sometimes it is caused by dust over time in the home, the flappers aging, washers, and/or rusted bolts which hold the tank to the seat section. I note it in my report if it smells or looks mildewed and recommend cleaning if so.
Good question for Julie. Thanks for watching.
