Police Driving Privilege

Notes are in video. And before I get a bunch of bs comments about "left lane camping". First of all, it's not a highway, it's a city street. 2nd, there's a right lane closer ahead due to construction, which is why the cop did what he did instead of getting behind me where there was no one and I was already slightly speeding... I'm only annoyed because I KNOW my ass would get lit up doing that move. Rant over.
