Thank you. Very informative.. I am a working Kenyan hoping to retire in the village.. my down time for me is the village culture of people just showing up....I know it's Ubuntu but at times the dropping ins eats at your working time&at times privacy...how do you deal with these fellow Kenyans without looking arrogant?gates don't work😂😂
Omera your content is very informative and inspiring. I know your bro in Arlington. I live in the City of Wylie, about an hour’s drive from Arlington going east. Home is in East Kamagak Location - about 10 miles from Oyugis, going towards Kisumu. Specifically, an wuod K’Achieng’ Bongu. I am finishing up my home projec, hopefully in a few months. I am drawing lots of inspiration from your videos. Wonderful and relatable content. Kind regards to your supervisors and family.
Got recommended this morning. It's like now I want this home without putting in work/ 20 years in America 😂😂😂😂 isnt that the mindset in Kenya for the longest time😢sad!
Good content. At some point we were at the polygamy stage, but with time looks like we're getting over it. Your last video had a quick slide on a mosquito net on your house, which appeared to have been customized because it appeared to be mounted on the gypsum. Is that the case? If yes, how is it working for you all. That's an area you've not discussed (mosquitoes and bugs in general).
Yes! The nets are custom made and seem to work just fine for now: However, we could probably use stronger railings: I will review this in another video. Thanks for the feedback!
Good info. I think he takes enough time. Those of us in the Diaspora need this explanation: sababu tuna disconnect flani hivi na our homes😁. The challenge ni kama you are in the thick of construction, then what you are saying suffices.
What a great channel. I almost feel guilty receiving all this relocation consultation for free! Keep up the good work.
