Hi Michelle, the issue is not the *.NVB file which serves an entirely different purposes to your project file which is an -.NVP file. Please refer to this video which explains the issue with your 'Recent Project' list and how to resolve it: qdatraining.com/your-nvivo-project-file-name-no-longer-exists-remove-from-my-recent-projects/ I hope this response is helpful.

I cannot open my recent project. Last time it was saved with NVB file. How do I restore my previous project?
