Hey JP. It's been a while I see you're doing well. That leap of faith you made seems to have helped you out. I'm going to be posting new videos. Thought it would have been sooner but being on a farm is a lot of work obviously with a full-time job. Peace have a great day
You sure looked like you were in your glory on that bike! Watching the video, I had a feeling you were going to keep it. That's very cool JP. Great bike, hope to see it in some of your future videos, thank you!
just ordered one of these and THEN saw a competitor bike that has some features i would’ve rather had over this bike… but this video is definitely helping with the buyer remorse 😂 this is the exact purpose i want out of a bike (plus short-distance commuting of course) so i have a feeling i made the right choice. thanks!! about to sub now 👍
That bike looks like an absolute thrill ride! It wouldn't be right for me, but I'm glad you're enjoying it enough to keep it. Nice to see a night-riding segment on the trail too to get an idea of how effective the headlights are.
I recently bought one of these, and pretty much agree with your review. I honestly think the brakes are just fine unless you're a total weakling that can't pull the lever. Hydraulic brakes add to the price and are harder to maintain (although they do require less routine adjusting). Two other negatives I'd add are the Pedal Assist levels should be adjustible, and it should have cruise control. The minimum pedal assist level for this bike is about 14 mph. That's fine for riding on the streets or even trails, but if you're in a crowded area where you need to go slower, the only way to do it on this bike is to either set the PA to zero, or set to 1 and puls the trottle. As for cruise control, obviously it's not needed for off road, but for road biking a cruise control would be a welcome addition. I have one on my escooter and use it all the time. Anyway, great review.
Thanks for your feedback. I can adjust the pas modes on one of my ebikes which is helpful. For this bike it's not a concern as I operate with just throttle 95% of the time. Safe riding
It's not a hill climber because torque is low, 55 N-m. To climb hills, you will need ~85-90 N-m. The disc rotors at 160mm are small. With ebikes, you need 180mm and preferably 203mm with 4 pistons per caliper.
Good morning. I live in Brazil, and Engwie does not import its products to my country. Can you tell me where the brake wire connector is? Well, I'm going to buy and install hydraulic brakes, and I need
My question can it climb hills because I like the distance you can get with the engwe but I'm also looking at possibly getting a ridstar which can only go 30 to 50 miles and if full electric 30 - 35 but engwe with dual battery is cheaper and go further but my question is can it climb hills because if it can I'll get it if not then I won't because I live in a decently hilly area
About how much would one of these E-Bikes run a person? I know it all differs on the accessories an what not. Iwonder if you have to get special tags? Im just being Nosiy. I was thinking a round about way of a plain one.
6:24 none of my bikes have fat tires and can handle way rougher terrain (actual off road) and way higher speeds. its more about the suspension then tires. i cant wait until you get a actual mid drive e bike or i guess if i haveto pick somthing with hub motors lets see a dual motor 2wd hub motor eggroll.
Is this in miles per hour? I know taht in belgium (my crountry) we're allowed to have 45 km/h ebikes, howeever on their website they only sell ones that go 25 km/h max. Is there a way to have one that goes 45km/h?
Oh boy here comes Cujo goin eat yah 😂and I really like this bike this is very nice love the look of it 2 headlights a tail light nice seat 2 batterys almost 30 mph yah I like this one I want one but that price ewww I'll have to wait till it comes down 2 things I don't like the black wheels and the black handlebars I'm not a black person look chrome rims and chrome Handlebars then yup yup I'd be trying to git one these soon..
Are you serious it's 28mph for that prise my kit dose 50mph prise £879 every thing in with the kit if your going to buy this bike think twice. I bought fat tyre bike 20 ins there practerly the same to peddle my knees come to far up causing pain. So I've had to make a base to heighten seat reduce krank arms now I can peddle but motor 750wat no good pit 1000wat 34mph the bike that dose 50mph is 2000 watt kit 45amp controller 52v 20amp battery. These fat tyre bike a are hopeless unless you can improve on them best part is suspension all round and the frame
Hope you enjoyed my follow up of this Ebike. Don't forget to use my discount code that is provided in the description.
CAN I SHARE SOME CLIPS PLEASE?
This is probably the best review of this e-bike I've seen. Thank you for ALL the information you provided.
Glad it was helpful!

I wish these would have existed back in my younger years....I would have ridden the tires off it 😂. It looks like it runs and rides great. ✌
Even better as adults lol
Cool ride great video thanks JP

Groovy!!!
Great video 👍 Thank you!
Horse shoe curve on Sunday for me should be close to 10am
Awesome bike thanks for the video

Yes, there is much better out there in the price range
My emoko c91 climbs steep hills with ease....is it because of the 1000w motor compared to the engwe m20 750w motor?
@@lexithebullterrier3813 yours is also 750w, you got scammed by the misleading titles, PEAK 1000W, normal 750w
10:58 on a hub motor bike the gearing doesnt matter atall and has no effect once so ever unless you are pedaling.

Is the seat comfortable?
Does this bike have a IP rating against water?
Is there any difference if you run 1 battery at a time vs 2 concurrent?
Not really
can u get rid of the speed limit?
hi, friend. In the hidden panel P3 I cannot set the maximum speed to more than 25km/h. you can??
I like the looks of this bike, looks cool to ride, all types of terrain as you said, nutcracker 3000 😀, great review jp
How did you find saddle height? I’m 6’2 and unsure if too small
It was fine for me at 5'11, but may be too low for someone your size.
8:58 that thing sounds litteratly clapped out already. what was that a 12" tall bump?
What if the battery dies, would I still able to use it by pedaling?
Yes
My question can it climb hills because I like the distance you can get with the engwe but I'm also looking at possibly getting a ridstar which can only go 30 to 50 miles and if full electric 30 - 35 but engwe with dual battery is cheaper and go further but my question is can it climb hills because if it can I'll get it if not then I won't because I live in a decently hilly area
That question depends on the riders weight, steepness of hill and length of hill. So it's hard to answer that as it's dependent on those factors.
@@JPVideos81 makes sense because I'm 6 foot 180 lbs
Looks nice.. It reminds me.of a larger version of minibike wirh electric.

The links I provided in the description have the current prices. No tags required as it's considered a bicycle.
I'm looking for a better back suspension for my M20 can anyone suggest something please
Got mine about a week ago... Needs upgrades fast

This goes 28 miles per hour
This bike should do 60-65 km/h max with a 52v battery and a 30A controller...
Brick streets beat your back up on this, my only complaint so far other wise fun bike.
Rear suspension would be nice, but I agree.

Maybe they'll offer custom colors in the future.
@@JPVideos81 I like the one you have the best of the colors it just looks the best..
Move the top battery tray forward. All you need is two screws. I did it to mine gives you a lot more room.👍🏽
Need to wear a cup when riding 😂
Haha
🙀🤣🤣
Heavy =keeps planted to the ground yes sir id rather have a heavier one tho just so I don't wipe out easier I'm a light person so this is perfect..
I've seen many opinions about this bike . Some good some not that good .
All depends on the person and their personal needs & wants from an ebike.
