    Hey, when I move my shoulder blade it is very crunchy (both sides but one much more), shoulder blades are grinding and don’t move smoothly. Besides that my shoulder joints pop very often I mean I’m popping them, but they are more likely to pop after grinding my scapulas. What would you advise me to do? Thank you veeery much for your work, amazing video as always man👊
