This is my favorite quick yoga workout by you, thus far! My 3 boys (age 8, 11 and 17) love and appreciate your yoga workouts, and my husband does, as well. We homeschool- so every morning the boys lay out their mats in the living room, and we do yoga together to start the day! Yoga is a new thing for our family- about a month in- thanks so much for all the free workouts available!

Hey there Sean! Greetings from industrial town Ostrava - Czech republic. I started running and working out about 2 and half years ago. Doing some bodyweight training and since then I lost slightly over 20 kg. Nowdays (i guess it was always, but for my healthy life and sports it bothers me) I suffer from lack of mobility and your videos are very helpful. Thanks for your great work :)

1st day doing this vid. Really liked it. After Starting out doing the 10 minute video for the last 3 months a moving up to 15 minutes and hope to keep climbing taking baby steps , but yoga is the best thing I've been doing for my body I'm Really beat up from a hard life of work and A motorcycle wreck. yoga is proving to make me limber and Doing stretches I would never think of doing. Sean you are an encourager I'm glad I found Your yoga routines. God-bless

I love these videos. I’m an average dude who played sports and now I mostly just lift weights at the gym. These routines are great for keeping my body loose and flexible as I gracefully age. 😉.

Good foundational workout, even if your beyond beginner. Butterfly and cobra are simple but amazing poses, combined with the strength builders makes for a refreshing 10 minutes when your short on time.
