- I made this new tote style bag with a vintage curtain from the 1960's. I do apologise for my terrible filming! I've been using my phone and safe to say not quite Steven Spielberg yet!

I love this bag ! It’s so joyful with the vintage fabric colours and the contrast strap and edges are a great touch. It’s fascinating to see how you worked out the pattern,I struggle to sew in a zip let alone create a new design. I have a denim bum bag from you that is beautiful and practical. Look forward to whatever you create next.

Every other bag maker i watch use foam stabiliser, i like that you use old clothes/material etc but is it easy to sew/quilt them? I want to use some old jumpers but i’m thinking they will stretch? Im intrigued how you make it work?
@@moggtina I quilted the rags in between some non stretch fabrics so they wouldn’t stretch that way 👍

I JUST bought a giant waxed canvas tote five minutes ago!!! Very few quality XL totes exist that I find appealing. Definitely on board to see what tote bags you create!! I've been eyeballing some made out of vintage quilts, but now I'm going hold back on that because I want to see what you end up posting on etsy. 😆👏
Also, since I've been looking up sewing skills etc. lately (I'm working slowly toward someday making market totes and zipper pouches), RUclips recommended your channel, and I so appreciate your interesting and inspiring content!!
