@@Azzury. Pan seared with garlic and oil then finish with a little balsamic vinegar or soy sauce right before you take them off the heat. They should look mostly burnt on the outside. Oh and I originally forgot to say par-boil them so they're softish.

Looks delicious. Great info. Nice video. We have a Brazilian Carnival BbQ restaurant where we live same food as this one, same price. They must franchise all over, I am in western Canada.
I remember when I first heard about Brazilian BBQ's a decade ago, they would start around $30-35 per person. The price increases have been ridiculous lately so I will make it a special occasion destination from now on for once or twice a year.

We have one that runs between $20 and $25 for lunch and dinner. And they have a club u can join and get points towards free meals everytime u eat there. And now I think I will go there tomorrow. This video made me hungry

$69 is too pricey but the foods look so good…
Rule one at Brazilian AYCE is no or very little salad bar. They want you to fill up on that. I want the meat.

Brazillian food is really good, especially the steak. I took a lady out on a date to one similar in downtown Oakland, but that was years ago. The servers kept coming around with all types of yummy meat. This was before you came up on your short stint to NorCal.
