Those complaining about the prices! I’ve worked in a Japanese restaurant, the broths usually cook for 2 days in a row to make them tasty & develop depth. Dumplings were made by hand. No machine can be so precise except you invest 10k and even more. That’s why prices are a bit higher but it’s a lot of work and the people want to be paid as well! This food needs to be as cheap as possible otherwise I don’t eat it mentality is disgusting

its a shame there wasn't some oil (maybe hot) of some sort to dip the crust in but where would one procure such oil - also i am thinking iberico ham and thinly sliced melon for a slice
