I have battery problems with my Saturn, when I start the Sega Saturn with a new battery installed it crashes but only when a game is installed, with out the disc it gets to the Home Screen, with the battery out the disc boots fine
My Saturn suddenly stopped working with batteries. I bought a brand new CR2032 battery and it still boots to the Date and Time Clock menu... drives me nuts... any idea why? Could the battery compartment be flatlined?
@@PghGameFix thank you! I usually buy the products you link to in your videos when I follow your fixes, do you have a recommendation for drive replacement? P.S. You’ve saved us a ton of money on fixes! From drift to over heating… and it’s been fun for my kids to be like “whoa! Mom took the switch apart!” So thank you!!

That's a new one on me. I'm guessing the static ram being used for the memory or the RTC system has gone bad.

I don't think I've run into that issue. But I would verify that the voltage from the battery is getting into the clock circuit.
Do you have any videos showing how to fix a Wii that won’t read discs?
I don't think I do. I guess I should make one. But more or less, you just have to replace the drive or laser.

@@PghGameFix purchased! Thank you so much!!
That’s as Easy as not letting it fall 😅
I'm thinking the same. LOL. When I was told it wasn't reading disks, and making a clicking sound... we were going to find stripped laser gears.
