3 cups all-purpose flour
Water 1 cup/250ml + 2 tablespoons
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Preparation........👩🍳
In a bowl, add flour, salt and turmeric powder, mix to combine
Add vegetable oil and water, mix together to form a dough
Transfer to work surface and knead the dough very well until stretchy and non-sticky
Place in a bowl, cover with foil and set aside for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes, fold dough into a ball and cut into 4 parts
Get a section and fold again into smaller balls and set aside
Flat the little balls into a circle shape with rolling pin, brush vegetable oil on it and lay it over one another, don´t rub oil on the last dough for topping
Flatten with a rolling pin, place pot cover in the middle, press, twist to cut the dough
Use a pizza cutter or normal knife to divide it into 4 sections
Brush a frying pan with little vegetable oil, bring to medium heat, place one section of this dough on it, flip over after 2 minutes, do this 4 times before separating the wraps, place on a plate or cutting board and immediately cover with kitchen towel to retain its moisture and to prevent dryness before using it
