      Include 40% raw foods (fruits, salads, green leaves, nuts, sprouts etc.) to your daily diet. Eat 1 beetroot daily. This will gradually solve ED. It would be best to keep away from milk products. Please refer:

    Very informative vedio I am diabetic and have constipation too. I am going to start next week. Can I take salad in lunch & dinner or sprouts is must. What qty of fruit and salad sprouts I should take I am 7o kg and 65 yrs

      You can take salads in both lunch and dinner. If you mix 2-3 spoons of sprouts with salad (both times) it would be better. Fruits at least 700g and salads 700g (total).

    सर मुझे जांघों के पास बहुत ज्यादा itching और फंगस हो गयी....क्या तीन दिन आपके अनुसार चलू तो बैक्टीरिया मर जायेंगे,या कुछ दिन और ऐसा करना होगा जैसा अपने बताया है....

    Nowadays lots of pesticides are used so how to remove these from fruits and vegetables to make it safe for consumption

      I like this question.
      Soak fruits and vegetables in plain water for 2 hours before eating or processing further. Most of the pesticides and insecticides will come into water.
      This is the most we can do and this is sufficient solution.

      Rock salt, tomato and lemon can be added. Don't use salt in evening salad. (Honey, lemon and pepper is okay)

      The function of appendix is unknown to Allopathic system but according to Nature Science and medicine, appendix acts as a warehouse for good bacteria so that the body reboots easily after a diarrhoea. It helps increase the population of friendly bacteria that were lost during diarrhoea.

    We can not mix all Ayurveda & Morden concept together both are contras, If raw food (Especially in rainy season) is not suggested In Ayurveda. What is your Point of view on this?

      It is because of the increased number of microorganisms in rainy season. But, for those who opt in for plant based diet, season's don't matter as the immunity is enhanced significantly by plant based diet.

    What to do when we can't digest fiber?

      Actually, no one can digest fiber. Humans do not have enzymes to digest fiber. While humans lack the enzymes necessary to break down fiber during digestion, fiber still plays a crucial role in our digestive process and overall health.
      There are two main types of dietary fiber: soluble and insoluble.
      Soluble Fiber: This type of fiber dissolves in water and forms a gel-like substance in the digestive tract. Soluble fiber can be partially broken down by the bacteria in the large intestine through a process called fermentation. This fermentation produces short-chain fatty acids, which can be absorbed by the body and provide energy. Foods rich in soluble fiber include oats, barley, beans, lentils, fruits, and vegetables.
      Insoluble Fiber: Insoluble fiber does not dissolve in water and passes through the digestive system relatively intact. It adds bulk to the stool, helping to promote regular bowel movements and prevent constipation. While insoluble fiber itself is not digested, it helps move food through the digestive tract and aids in overall digestive health. Foods rich in insoluble fiber include whole grains, nuts, seeds, and the skins of fruits and vegetables.
      Although humans cannot digest fiber in the same way we digest other nutrients like carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, it still serves important functions in the digestive process and contributes to overall health, including maintaining bowel regularity, promoting satiety, regulating blood sugar levels, and supporting a healthy gut microbiome.
      So, my suggestion is, if you get loose motions due to fiber, you should continue taking fiber and it will settle down soon. Chew your food slowly and chew longer.

    Namaste sir me diabetic hoon aaj hi mene 4 day friendly bectereas ka plan start kiya hai. Breakfast me kya khate meethe dono hi fal kha sakte hai. Or sprouts me kon kon se sprouts lena chahiye.

    4 din ke baad phir se Normal diet hogayi phir kya hoga ?

      Health should be our priority. Chutti lena would be worth it. 3 din ki raw diet ke baad normally kha sakte hain. Tab tak bacteria balanced ho jaate hain. Green salad with apple and banana is a good Desi probiotic meal.

      Kheera, kakdi, gaajar, mooli, chukandar, tamatar, capsicum, bell pepper, lettuce, green peas or any vegetable that you can eat in the raw form.
