      Take a cup of hot water. Add 0.05g saffron and mix well. Sip it while warm before bed everyday. It is a natural sleep regulator.

      You can just order a pair of dumbells, and exercise regularly as per the following schedule.
      Mon/Thu
      1. Bent over dumbell rowing (10x3)
      2. Biceps dumbell curl (10x3)
      Tue/Fri
      1. Push ups (10x3 or 7x3)
      2. Shoulder Dumbell press (10x3)
      3. Single hand tricep curl (10x3)
      Wed/Sat
      1. Squats (15x3)
      2. Stiff leg dumbell deadlift (10x3)
      3. Calf raise (20x3)
      4. Abs leg raise (15x3 or 12x3)
      These are enough exercises to maintain lean muscle mass. Start with little exercise and gradually increase.

Sir I am also facing sleeping problem from last 12 yrs since I am hypothyroidism patient and depending upon sleeping pills. Now even after taking sleeping pill I cannot sleep better and facing many problems like depression, weight gain etc . Sir please provide guidelines for natural sleep. Thanks🙏 Sir

      Sleeping pills are very damaging for the liver and kidneys. You should eat right and taper down medication. Medical nutrition for 3 months would be best to detox completely, cure thyroid disorders and be medicines free.
