@@1dasd22Al I believe they used their personal funds for those things you mentioned, actually. However, I wouldn’t fault them if YT was part of their household income that they live off of. Either way, the point I was making was simply that they could do whatever they want with the money and choose to do this. It’s never crossed my mind to compare YTers giving against each other bc I don’t think it’s relevant. 🤷🏼‍♀️

The things you do always touches our hearts. Knowing you don't have to do them, but it is something in you that makes you such good people. No matter how small or big, it comes from your heart and love of God that is in you to do this. It is in your nature to help people. I have been blessed to know you through RUclips. Even small things can mean so much. The other day I saw a store being very kind (as they always are though) to an elderly lady that needed some extra help to unnderstand something. They took their time to help her and respect her. I left and came back with a pizza for their lunch in thanks for helping her and not making her feel bad that she couldn't figure some things out. She left with a huge smile, that someone took so much time helping her. They were shocked that anyone noticed just how happy she was that they helped her so much. They were happy to get a pizza and said I didn't have to do it, that it's how they treat everyone. I just said enjoy it and thanks for caring about people. It just makes you feel good to let people know they are doing a good job. So even little jestures are a good thing. Don't forget everyone to give a thumbs up, and even if you let the ads run it helps more! Love all the "Happy Peoples".

That was a wonderful caring thing you did from your heart, each, everyone of us would feel better about our self's, happier if we try everyday, even if it is something as small as a phone call, stop by for a little visit, card, anything, just let someone know that you care, we can all do something, drop of a meal, etc, make a list. It means so much to the receiver, as well the giver. Thank you you dear soul for your act of kindness, that would be a special treat, very much appreciated. If we don't think that workers deserve to be rewarded it is just their job, they may think they don't deserve being rewarded. We all need to know someone cares. When someone does an act of kindness it makes you feel alive, feel joy, love in your heart, all the wonderful seances that our heavily father gave us we have them for a reason, to bring us joy, laughter, love, happiness. We were given these for a reason, to use them in our every day lives. Keep on being the wonderful person you are, caring, sharing, you will reap the benefit of a happy life, contributing to others.

3:06 - RIDICULOUS pricing. NEarly every item that has been shown from $3.00 to $8.00 is available in the UNITED STATES at the freaking DOLLAR TREE store for $1.25!!! Why would anyone choose to live or even visit this 3rd world "town"?

Watching this video reminds me of when I was in the ARMY, years ago. 2 guys said to me that they were going to ALASKA and I said for what, they said because they wanted to ski and I told them that they were crazy, me coming from Hawaii. There is no snow except in the volcano which is very high elevation

@@dianebaugher3919 oh, no, you should complain and not compare with Alaska. The prices right now are much much higher than they should be. The prices were always higher in Alaska because it's remote and difficult to get to.

They can "afford it" because the US taxpayer funds it. Only a minimal amount of people in these communities have jobs, and the ones that do are municipal jobs funded by the government anyways. Otherwise they pay no taxes because they work no taxable jobs. They get dividend checks from the state depending how the tribal Corporation is set up, but most of their basic needs are funded through assistance programs, some even aimed exclusively at Natives. There's no tax base in these communities at all. It's all funded by the feds and state. Subsistence hunting and fishing come into play when the assistance money runs out.

$800 of groceries is huge for a big family trying to survive day to day. Thank you so much for doing this and all of your other acts of kindness! Like you said, some of the prices seem crazy high and other, for the lighter things like TP, not so bad.
