And just a couple weeks later, he's suddenly doing this ted talk. It's about his image. He's trying to drown out the bad with this "sounds nice but says nothing" speech and the sad story at the end. No wonder I've seen about a hundred ads for it already. Btw, I'm not condemning him in total as a person, he's done good things. But being in cahoots with the current izraeli govt trying to coverup their genocidal war crimes is not at all good.

Sold my house...was finally able to donate money to causes close to my heart. My credit card was hacked 4 times...now on my 5th card...and had to cancel all my donations. Broke my heart...I keep looking for the good...for I am a builder. This talk has made a big difference.

I COMPLETELY agree with the sentiment (I'm a socialist and a creative) but this talk completely lacked any tangible detail, unfortunately, but I will read further into your ideas. I also think you have to be careful when labelling people's views as "extremism". Who has the right to define extremism? Something has gone wrong somewhere. The basic fundamental concepts and their variations needs a relook. No point in attempting to reinvent the wheel. How did we come so far. The answer. NEVER FORGET YOUR TRODDEN PATH.
You can witness tyranny in small groups. The bully variously rewards and punishes people usi g his assumed authority until those rewarded will back up his authority, however flimsy it may be. He and his chosen soldiers will fight viciously without bars, ensuring they win. Unless a mass group stand up, they win, and then if a large group does, its war because he has a group too now.
We need a change in the distribution of the talent pool, not more builders. We have most skills and degrees we need, but not enough to compete with the avarices of greed. Too many people in the wrong places, making the wrong decisions, with the wrong priorities, and lack of sustainable initiatives. Yes and no. Completely agree with what you stated. But he didn't do it for the reason people think. He (and other billionaires) got caught secretly working on izraels behalf trying to influence public opinion in the US, working behind the scenes to influence people and events. This happened in May. And just a couple weeks later, he's suddenly doing this ted talk. It's about his image. He's trying to drown out the bad with this "sounds nice but says nothing" speech and the sad story at the end. No wonder I've seen about a hundred ads for it already.
Btw, I'm not condemning him in total as a person, he's done good things. But being in cahoots with the current izraeli govt trying to coverup their genocidal war crimes is not at all good.
