Been coming here for 15 years with my Thai wife and been living here the last 4 years. You could not find a better place to live especially if you’re retired. No intention of ever leaving.

Doesnt look as I remember it,though I was 30 when I went and am now 60 so my memory of Hua Hin is a bit foggy, also I probably drank a lot when I was there but remember quite enjoying myself.

Hi I've been to hua hin twice over the years i can see why many expats like to retire here because of the shopping and restaurants and bars etc but it's not for me the last time I was there was in 2013 and I spent three days stuck in a hotel room with food poisoning lol i don't think I would go back.

If you think HH is overdeveloped with no natural tourist attractions, wait until you see Bangkok. Wall to wall development, noise, traffic, commercial establishments bars restaurants massage parlors shopping malls. you are going to have to travel far to find a park in Bangkok. HH will seem like a dream location after you've been in Bangkok for 3 days, LOL
