I have both the Vevor 14 and 21 inch devices and absolutely love them. I used to have the E-Series before upgrading to the Vevor griddles. The E-series served me well and worked good for some stuff, though the temp drop and recovery time was not the best. With the Vevor I am able to get the 14" well over 600 degrees in about 20 minutes or slightly less. I love the ironclad surface that the Vevor offers. Nothing sticks once it is properly seasoned. Just subbed to your channel. Griddle on!
I was thinking of getting the blackstone but I see way more reviews on the Vevor then I do the Blackstone which tells me people favor the Vevor more. People are buying them for personal use first and reviewing them second. Also the non stick stainless steel is far more superior then the ceramic material the blackstone has. With the Vevor you dont need a dishwasher, its so heavy duty you can clean the surface without removing the entire thing.
Great video. I have both. Blackstone cooking surface sucks. After just few months everything sticks like crazy. The vevor is perfect nothing sticks with its seasoned top and it heats way faster and doesn’t drop in temp like blackstone.
I own a blackstone e series and am dumping it. Temperature drop is terrible and it won’t get hot enough to cooks steaks. Don’t even put frozen hash browns on it. Great review and you confirmed exactly what I suspected.
Oh and I think it is best to use a little soap and water to get off any factory lubricant. Then season your grill as if it were a cast iron pan. Then use it.
love my black stone NON stick. 2 years now. works great. always use oil on the black stone. makes clean up easy. nice review. i stick with my black stone.
Great comparison video Ric, that vevor definitely looks like good quality, fit right on your food trailer 👌 thanks for sharing brother, have yourself a great one, you all stay safe!👍🍻👊
Hello Jesse!! That griddle is the real deal and ships fast too! If you decide to get one don’t forget to use my link 😎 Thanks for watching like you always do! 👊🏼🍺🍕
Great review bud! What's crazy tho is that the dial is in Celsius so I had to Google what 300 F was in Celsius (176) when I did my review. Cheers brother!
It seems the whole world is in metric, except for America. Drives me crazy as an American, watching people in the rest of the world cook, if they don't mention imperial measurements I have no idea what they are talking about.
Only thing that I do not like about the second flat top. There's no lid to it at least with the Blackstone. There is a lid where you can close it down. And what kind of thing do you have to have to place that second one on? On the counter top, it's gonna be too hot where the Blackstone has a good temperature.I rather have the blackstone
For starters, that lid is actually a flaw. Once steam and stuff builds on the lid, once you open the lid, all that liquid falls into your floor. And there is no issue whatsoever with putting the second on a countertop. You're going to be highly disappointed with that blackstone.
Nice video Ric good demo I’ve been looking at the vevor brand for awhile I’ve been looking at the 2 burner ones im wondering how they compare to the single burner ones cheers 🔥👍
Hello Sir! I don’t know about the 2 burner, however they seem to get great reviews on YT. This little one is really impressive! Thanks for watching! 👊🏼
I purchased a Kitchen Rack from Vevor. They never sent me purchased confirmation nor invoice. They have no address. No live customer service. The kitchen Rack had missing items. Was informed that unordered to get missing items, I would have take pictures of ALL ITEMS including the booklet. BUYER BE WARE.
@@RicsBBQSpecialties I said that about the elements from experience I used my e series 22” everyday for the last three weeks and the elements decided to just stop working in the middle of cooking.

You are correct. I didn’t find that out till recently 😎

Reflectivity of the surface will affect the temp shown on the infrared thermometers
I never thought about that. Thanks for the info! 😎

I am Soooooooo glad I passed on the E series blackstone!!! They’ll DEFINITELY have to take this one back to the drawing board before I buy one!!!!!☝️🤨
Thanks for watching! Yeah it’s alright but not the best.
Yeah i think i'm going to get me a 21" version of the Vevor you and TheFoodExperience have sold me on this product
Thanks for watching the video!
Does the E series have that forever chemical?
Hello, I don’t know what you’re asking about. “Forever chemical”
Probably referring to PFAS

Flat top on stove or vevor?
Hello VEVOR all day long. Thanks for watching!
I like your cute little fan in the back ground.
Thanks 😎
Nice little griddle, and fantastic price👍
Thanks for watching Bobbi! 👊🏼😎🍺🍕
Great video ric that’s the biggest reason why I got rid of my electric bkackstone let’s see some bacon and pancakes
Might just do pancakes! Thanks for watching Brother! 👊🏼
That Blackstone is about $150.00 at Walmart right now.
Very cool
How many amps is the vevor?
Hello, I really don’t know the amps on this griddle. I even went online and looked and can’t find that information.
Amps is Wattage (1600) divided by voltage (120)
That thermometer has to be off, the middle is always hotter than set temp and the sides will be 50 degrees lower. Maybe your grills elements are out
Thanks for the info 😎
@@RicsBBQSpecialties I said that about the elements from experience I used my e series 22” everyday for the last three weeks and the elements decided to just stop working in the middle of cooking.
did you run that vevor on a 30 amp circuit, they say you have too.
Hello, No I didn’t. I haven’t been either and it works well.
Thanks for watching.
That Vevor is sweet! But now it looks like you have to manny griddles so I'll take one off your hands ;)
Thanks for watching! I really appreciate your help 👊🏼
This is NOT stainless, it is rolled iron. That is why you need to season it.
Thanks for the information!
Vevor is cast iron cook surface
Thanks for the info
its not stainless steel
Thanks for the information
Them "non stick" griddles on the blackstone are junk!
Yup don’t last long at all
Yeah I m not sure why the heck would spend that money on nonstick. Gotta be stainless steel, or cast iron. Disappointed.
Vevor run away save your money
Thanks for the heads up
Vevor is not stainless steel, just the sides are stainless steel, no the top 🤙
Really? So what’s the cook surface made of?
Plastic I guess 😂@@RicsBBQSpecialties
Blackstone you’re paying for the name!
Yup and Thanks for watching 😎🍺🍕
