Yo @Toaster the discord problems are for sureee an easy fix, toast gotta check his discord and system input device, mainly discord and make sure input device and volume(should be all the way up generally) are what you want. Skip gotta make sure he didn't turn you down in discord by right clicking your name and checking that volume. Also nvidia broadcast is the goat for discord if you have a nvidia gpu
We checked all that, the settings were all the same. I think it was something on discords end because the next time we talked it was back to normal. Also I'll look into nvidia broadcast! thanks

Toaster, Jay, my friend, your knee issues might be from this thing called Jumper's Knee. I went to PT for like a couple of weeks for patellar tendinitis, which is what it sounds like you are describing based on the location of the soreness you are having in your knee. This is likely due to a large amount of strain you might be putting into things like bulgarian single leg split squats, traditional barbell backsquat, etc. Even something like machine leg press might cause this, if you are repeatedly doing large amounts of sets with heavy weight. The PT guy had me do some mobilization workouts, balance exercises, stretching, and isometrics in order to build up strength in the tendon before hitting heavy leg weights again. Let me know if this helps, or if the pain goes away. @Toaster
yeah i used to squat around 450, got a small tear in my patella from being hit by a bike and it has been tough since... sounds to me the same type of pain.
