Hi Juana, have you needed a tech service person to come to your house for a maintenance or repair, Or do you only perform your own maintenance, since owning your machine? The reason for the question is because I wanted to know if the maintenance from a repair tech or maintenance is highly expensive. I have the same two Embroidery machines you own. I follow you and Jeanette. Both of you ladies inspire me. I just don’t use my machines enough to answer my own question. Thank you for making this video. It helped me.
Hi! I apologize for the late response. I have not used tech for it. I perform the basic maintenance on Ricoma, and I have owned my machine for 3 years, and so far, no issues. I have the info. of the tech Jeannette uses as well. He is expensive, and I don't know if he is good with Ricomas machines. If I need any repairs, I would contact Ricoma technical support. So far, I haven't had any issues. It's very important to do basic maintenance on the machines. On my Brother SE1900, I just cleaned around the bobbin case area, that machin is 4 years old and is running like new. 😊
Great video. I’m having a hard time loosening the piece that holds the needle. Any suggestions? Also, where can I find the gadget used to hold the needle when changing.
I got the Needle Ease from Allstitch.com. You can call Ricoma technical support, and they will help you and replece the missing part. Give them a call. ricoma.com/US/support Telephone 305-418-4421
I tried changing my needles and turned it too much and those two pieces fell out, and I have been having a time getting them back in. I have also been having difficulty changing my needles for some reason I just can’t see I guess I just have all eyes. Great video where did you get the needle changer?
Hi, call tech support. The same thing happened to me when I got my machine, and they helped me. I got the tool from Allstitch. com. Thanks for watching 😊!
Great video…In your opinion is the EM 1010 a great embroidery machine for someone like me a beginner or do would you recommend another one just for beginners that is a reasonable price but still amazing.
Hi! The EM1010 is great if you want to step up from a single needle embroidery machine. I got mine 3 years ago, and at that times I had the Brother SE1900 for a year, so that makes me a beginner. It is a user-friendly embroidery machine. What sold me was their excellent technical support. You can use the link on my description box to ask any questions if you are interested in upgrading. Thanks for watching 😊 ❤️!
Good video thanks

Hi! It makes me happy to know that. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for watching 😊!
