Screeching Weasel - Silver Shack Pub, Toronto March 14th 1993

Screeching Weasel's second gig in Canada ever on March 14th, 1993 during their 'Wiggle' Tour. Unfortunately many people were left out in the cold this night since the show was sold out and many stood outside in the brisk winter night listening to the muted setlist. Much like the Electric Banana in London, Ontario the night before, I think that this was the first and last show that I ever saw at the Silver Shack Pub in Toronto's Kensington Market. I'm still trying to remember who opened up this gig but I do recall Toronto's ever awesome Blundermen being there and taking the stage. Regardless, here's the quintessential Screeching Weasel lineup (Ben, Jughead, Vapid, and Panic) doing what they do best (playing all of their earliest material-essentially the same set as the London show if I do recall correctly?), in a dimly lit bar filled with different dimwits and a similar shaky amateurish videographer (me).
