Today we are going to take a proper look at the Klingon H'oq.
This ship was featured in a previous video, but I wanted to investigate whether or not it is a suitable replacement for the mighty Klingon Negh'var!
Played in Star Trek Bridge Commander Remastered UE16.

The real power of the Negh'Var is the special ability to detect and beam aboard Klingon bloodwine. The sensors are fine tuned to detect barrels of 2309.

Need to get the Bortasqu lined up against the F. It was the klingons response to the F and even has a deployable bird of prey parked in its rump
Video idea for you 🙂 What if the combined talshiar/obsidian order fleet actually fought back vs the 150 jemhadar fighters? Im sure the game would die, but maybe a scaled down version? Like a warbird and keldon vs 7 or 8 fighters?

2 things I wonder about the Ho'q
1: I wonder if, after the battle with Shinzon, of the Klingons designed this ship as a way to stand toe to toe with another Scimitar if there's was another one flying around.
2: If the Ho'q is possibly from the old BC2 project, I wonder if she was made by Raven Night
Very possible! The Klingons would certainly have heard about this battle. Depending on how close the Federation/Klingon alliance was, it's certainly feasible they could have shared all of the tactical data on the Scimitar. I'm not actually sure who it was made by. It is an excellent replacement for the Negh'var though. Some other comments have stated It's almost like they were going for a Valdore type replacement of the Negh'var. 🖖
Negh'Vars are just no fun without Chancellor "Crazy eyes" in command.

I'm totally not 100% playing with toy spaceships while watching these videos. Though if anyone has the micro machine Star Trek set with the Constitution class refit, I'd be very interested. Don't care if it's in a box or not, I just want to not play with them.... I'm 41, I don't play with toy star trek ships, that would be crazy!😅
The Negh'Var has trouble holding up in a hard fight, of course most Klingon ships are designed for charging in guns blazing their way to Stovokor.
good battle relative even the ships the flaggship and the H'oq but i think the H'oq is a bit better and looks better put this is only my opinion.

The shields look too weak, for capital ships. The Negh'Var in DS9 was, basically, invulnerable 🖖
Never learns, more maneuvering, plus talking is bad for combat... kinda like walking 🚶, chewing up, talking to your passengers ( taxi or uber) and playing on your phone... called multi-tasking 🤹♂️ to defeat yourself..... time is a pain but necessary evil, always not enough time... one thing that slipped away and can never get enough of...IMO
