  • Today we are at beautiful Sakinaw Lake in British Columbia Canada. We are talking about a common question that we get here at Stryker Boats.
What boat model should I choose?
    LX
    HD
    PRO
    Stryker LX Series
Our LX models were designed to be better than our competitors. We wanted to offer a feature packed, rugged, strong inflatable for everyone to use.
The Stryker LX inflatable boat comes with:
5 Scotty bases preinstalled to plug and play up to 30 different accessories
    Exterior and interior d-rings throughout
Bimini mounts preinstalled at factory to add a Bimini (sun shade or cover from the rain)
15" one piece aluminum transom (industry first)
    Thermowelded seams
New designed flooring system (aluminum stabilization system). Feels like you are in a rigid hull.
Stryker Shield (20cm of corrugated rubber) installed under the tubes and under the keel for added protection without adding extra weight. This one feature will protect your boat.
    Stryker HD Series
This is an incredible inflatable boat. This is essentially a Stryker LX beefed up! With all the features of an LX with additional bonuses!
The Stryker HD inflatable boat comes with:
7 Scotty bases preinstalled to plug and play up to 30 different accessories. Comes with 2 Baitcaster rod holders.
    Exterior and interior d-rings throughout
Comes with a Bimini (sun shade or cover from the rain)
15" one piece aluminum transom (industry first)
    Thermowelded seams
New designed flooring system (aluminum stabilization system). Feels like you are in a rigid hull.
Stryker Shield (20cm of corrugated rubber) installed under the tubes and under the keel for added protection without adding extra weight. This one feature will protect your boat. Thickness of the hull is 1.8mm of fabric.
    STRYKER PRO Series
This is an incredibly tough inflatable boat with the entire hull of the boat wrapped in Stryker Shield (a thick corrugated rubber). This gives you the absolute peace of mind when beaching the boat. To apply this one thing after the fact would cost $5000, that's the cost of an entire boat at Stryker!
This is the toughest, safest boat on the market today.
The STRYKER PRO inflatable boat comes with:
7 Scotty bases preinstalled to plug and play up to 30 different accessories. Comes with 2 Baitcaster rod holders.
    Exterior and interior d-rings throughout
Comes with a Bimini (sun shade or cover from the rain)
20" one piece aluminum transom (industry first) to run a JET outboard or a long shaft motor.
    Thermowelded seams
New designed flooring system (aluminum stabilization system). Feels like you are in a rigid hull.
Stryker Shield installed on the entire hull of the boat (thick corrugated rubber)
Choose the best model for you and your family!
    Thanks for watching!

Great job with these videos. Im doing a build for use in hawaii and need the full (pro model) shield, but i have a new yamaha 25hp thats not 20”. Is there a way to upgrade to the full shield on the hd? Also i dont need/want the bimini or the anchors. Mahalao!

Couple questions. Are there speed differences between the different models? I have an older merc 15 hp 2-stroke short shaft and was looking at the lux and HD models but man, I really like the pro. If I go pro, id need a new outboard too. Planned uses for the boat would be the following: mostly trailered unless out with the camper (in which it would get deflated/inflated once there and rolled down to the water with the wheels), mostly used for fishing lakes but do want to hit the salmon runs in the ocean twice a year and use for crabbing, and lastly, would want to be able to take the family of four out tubing the lakes.
After writing that out, I’m leaning more towards the pro now and getting a bigger outboard lol. Still curious what your thoughts are on it though.

I would look at the 380 series with new PRO V Airfloor. LX, HD, or PRO would all work

Expensive, sure, but name another boat that you can buy that can fish the lakes and oceans and also have the capability to mount a jet to fish the rivers too. Combo that with the rubber “shield” to protect the bottom of the boat and it’s kinda in a class of its own in the SIB world. Only other competitor would likely be zodiac and there boats are more expensive lol. Double the price for entry level ribs that will need twice the motor and double price again or maybe even triple that price for any aluminum tinny that is even close to being able to do ocean and lake fishing but forget about the river. Stryker boats hit that happy medium of boats that fishing, hunter, and outdoorsman look for. In the world of SIBs, you get what you pay for and those cheapy Saturns and Costco brands can’t hold a candle to Stryker or zodiac.
