I had a new one back in 1975 with a 440 twin Rockwell. Put a cage on it and raced it here in Illinois, against max 6x6 and Terra tigers. Mine would run 60 miles a hour. The tires go the other way when new. You need to rebuild the transmission, it's not the belt. That's why it doesn't turn. There is clutch bands in side. Good luck.
