THANK YOU SO MUCH! I had an error 1003 and paper jam on my TS6250. Following your video, I discovered that it was the three small parts in light grey plastic who were the problem (they were turned up): once I turned down them, and re-placed the bicolor part (a bit harder to re-place than before), I could put the back much easily than before. Then, my printer worked properly again. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.
Whoever designed this crap faulty model shoud be prosecuted and tbrown into jail for 10 years. Japanice used to feel informons shame when they fked up something. Looks like not any more..
Hi. The feeder gears and other parts may be available from the Canon Europe company. Best to call and ask. It is very rare that they may have parts for inkjet printers, however.
I have the TS8260 and it says there's a paper jam, however the error come sup in between sheets so after one is printed and before it grabs the next sheet. Extremely frustrating. I'm going to clean it all tonight

Ive done all the things you say on my TS5120 and there is no paper stuck anywhere I can see but I still get the 1300 error. I've unplugged and restarted. All the standard approaches. Any ideas. It started with a single piece of paper, the first I can ever remember getting stuck in years and it came out easily and intact. How do I reboot the printer so it doesn't say "Printer is busy." All the jobs are cancelled.

@@303electronics hey thanks... I just used the other week when I added new ink. It test printed well then I printed a shipping label and something jammed. It said there was a jam but I turned on and off. Now it acts like it’s printing but no ink. Really bummed and stumped.
@@303electronics So I actually performed maintenance of the entire printer and made sure my paper setting was on proper size AND IT WORKED!! Thank you, thank you!!!☺️
I'm sorry you are having trouble with your printer. I think those are the usual points to go over. Shine some light into the printer to see if anything is in there stuck.
Solution: NEVER BUY a CANON PRINTER If you like spending nights on forums,, all kind of sequences, error codes etc. you tube, go ahead , buy a CANON printer If you just ant to print: buy anything else I bought a Canon G3100, same issues as my old Canon printer (M-something, printer head burned out..) : stupid error codes, wasting much time on youtube, forums , still not working ERROR1234, ERROR 5678, it never stops. Even after a factory reset (find the sequence yourself... Power, 5x something, then something else.. )) DON'T BUY CANON A PRINTER, BUY ANYTHING ELSE (eg EPSON) I live in Honduras, Hey Canon, you pay for shipping etc ? Better I throw it on the fire and buy an EPSON. Wasted too much $$$ and time on CANON garbage.

Hi. Try clean wiping your printhead. It may have dried up if you haven't used the printer for a while.
