I had Error P03 which online Canon shows is error code 6000 which is paper jam? I couldn't see any paper. I kept trying and trying to follow instructions. Finally I decided I want to take this damn machine apart. And this video showed me exactly how to do it. And guess what? I found a small 2x 2 clear plastic stuck in the white rolling wheels. Where it came from I do not have any clue. It looked like part of the packaging. But it was stuck and I pulled it right out.

لقد فكتت الطابعه لنهايه لم اترك اي مسمار او اي شريحه لقد انفعلت بسبب انحشار الورق ولم اجد اي شي ولاكن حصلت شريحه اخر الطابعه خضراء صغيره وفكيتها وحصلت تحتها قطعه صغيره من الفلين ولاكن كيف اتت الي هاذا المكان الي اخر الطابعه لم يكن موجود اي شي يدل ع الدخول للمكان والان انا لاستطيع ان ارجعها هل يوجد فديو لطريقه تركيب الطابعه نفس الطابعه والرقم
I unpacked the printer to the end, I didn't leave any nail or any slice. I got excited because of the paper jammming and I didn't find anything, but I got a slice. The last small green printer got it and got under it a small piece of cork, but how did it come to this place to the end of the printer. There was nothing indicates entering the place and now I can't return it. Is there a video of how to install the printer the same printer and the number

Nello smontare la mia TS3151 mi si sono scollegati i 2 connettori flat del tastierino dalla scheda madre.
Uno piccolo (che va al tastierino) e uno grande (che va allo scanner)
Hanno un lato "azzurro" e uno con la connessione "a vista"
Qual'è il giusto orientamento dei cavi?
Se nel caso inverto il senso succede qualcosa?

la connessione a vista va inserita in modo che tocchi i contatti elettronici dentro al connettore

There are two to flat strips under the control button panel. Minute 1:45 and 2:09. Do they plug into anything on the motherboard area? Minute 2:20. Trying to reassemble and want to do it correctly. Didn't take much apart since I found the issue of a paper feed. Please advise
yes they are plugged in the mother board
I did all this because a pen got stuck inside my printer but now I am so confused because there is an extra connector in the cover of the printer (it looks kinda thicker than the other one shown in the video) and I tried putting it there where it is most logically should be, but the printer shows error :( It's kinda frustrating because I feel like I just made a small error and my printer is actually working. If anyone knows how to fix this I'd love to know. I only did all the steps until the cover got removed, that is all. Thank you so much for the video nevertheless, I would never have found the pen if I hadnt opened it!

I found a brand new but abandoned Canon TS3150 next to the garbage containers and I'm willing to fix it!
It makes rare noises when I turn it on and gives a blank paper. When trying to print, P08 error is displayed along with a 5200 code and the orange light is on. I disassembled the printer and everything seems to be ok inside. No ink, no paper jams.. I read this error is related to the ink pad, it may need to be changed or cleaned, but I also read it can be due to the cartridge not refreshing a resistance with too high temperature... I already cleaned the cartridges and they look ok and still contain ink but I don't know how old is the printer and how used it was before I got it...
Do you think it can be solved simply by changing the cartridges or should I disassembly again and remove the waste ink pads? Lol I'm getting insane!! Should I just throw it away again? hahah

The problem is related to the ink cartridge. I think if you change it the problem should disappear, if the contacts are not defective or dirty.
@@viandant5 Thanks a lot for your help! I will try to replace them with new ones. If this is not working, I hope I manage to clean the conectors! I will come back with news just in case anyone here is looking for the same help. Xx.
@@viandant5 Here again! My printer is finally working! In fact it was due to bad cartridges, I bought new original ones and perfectly working since the begining. Thanks again for your recommendation, I was not sure whether it was worth to invest on ink for this (maybe old) printer
what happened if the encoder strip is dirty, is there a way to clean it or any specific product to clean it or it has to be replaced?
clean it with alcohol
@@viandant5 does it may be the cause of lines on the printing, cause usually it happends for example when printing a doc, in font size 12, every 7 lines, the line gets a line in the middle but dividing it.
Yes it could make the print-head moving not correctly

hi i have a problem, my bizhub 162 displays error code C0500 and when i check the fuser unit, it does not get hot at all, i tested the thermostat & the thermister and i found out they are ok, so i suspected the lamp but it seems fine by looking at it and i tested its continuity and it also seems fine, what can be the problem, plz i need help🙏
It's a general fuser error, proably the lamp. Testing the continuity of the lamp could not ensure that everything is ok

Following these instructions you should be able to reassemble the printer. Which part have you difficulties to reassemble?

The flat cable? it's really complicated to repair it, I think you have to change it

Hi... wondering if you can help sir...i have pixma 3451 ...it fell down recently... fortunately nothing broke..printer works as well but two issues.
1. The plastic part has come out but i cant figure out where exactly it will fit
2. I think because of that part whats happening is page is not getting inside the printer via those two wheels .. basically that wheel assembly is not getting picked correctly..and i have to push page down a little

I think that part is the sensor lever of the paper, it senses the presence of the sheet. It should be near the paper rollers

just look up online what those symbols mean, theres lots of them but google will directly tell you.
