Truly a feel good motivational video, but just remember that even if you binge watch these channel's videos it's always nice to have that positive perception. A friend of mine who shared these videos to me, she hopes it gets through my thick skull. These videos are logical, it works like calculations. My problem is that I’m not fully absorbing because a part of me doesn’t feel like I deserve to hear these words in my life. I still push and push, and I think if I keep listening, it will resonate. Hopefully like Learning a new language, I just need to repeat these videos until it starts to deep through the cracks and I can see. I’ve always had doubts and you’ve changed my mindset as you may tell from my profile I’m pretty young and having that change of mindset at a young age is a game-changer I’ve never been appreciated at my school but I don’t care you’ve shown me that those people are just making me stronger it’s not my fault I’m faster stronger and smarter then them they made me that way they no one knows what’s coming I get stronger in the dark when no ones awake because I’m motivated to do so

A few years ago i took on a challenge and i was there facing it... I fail big time.. I had a smile i didnt felt angry hating the whole world.. I felt good even though i fail i knew i wasnt ready just yet.. I have more work to do.. One thing i sure did i took a close look to prepare myself better so i did one thing re train my department without them knowing the right way i wasnt trained to face a challenge. The challenge was who trained me so now my department who went out to offered helped to other shifts... We were only 3... In other departments 4 to 6 guys... I retrained them better because im not coming back so i face that challenge... Reclaiming my promotion against all odds i earn it.. Getting Demoted being falsely accused nothing personal.. But failing reminded me to see if i was who i said i was... Well said coach.
