My only concern is; does these farmer market really produce eggs as the label say? I don’t wanna pay 9.99 for organic or whatever cage free you call them, and ended getting the same eggs. I am always wondering

Pasture raised 雞蛋，蛋殼是很堅硬和一般有機蛋蛋殼有分別，感覺這隻雞是很快楽地生活和生蛋。現在已由吃有機蛋轉吃pasture raised 雞蛋，想感受一下雞的自由空間快樂！
不要自我感覺良好。雞也會保護自己的蛋，拿走它，它也會很傷心。所以符合自天性的生長環境只是基本條件
所以你確定pasture raised 的蛋殼比較硬？一般brown eggs 比較硬啊

除了蛋殼比較硬外，蛋黃也比較大、顏色比較深。

我們要買無菌蛋都難，農場蛋就是最普通大批大批出的蛋，蛋殼也骯髒，粘滿雞的糞便雞毛。經過品牌公司的就有鑑定營養成分，蛋殼也乾淨，也都是Brown color， 很少有白色殼的。後者就比較貴也小粒，農場蛋可以很大粒，蛋白相對較多。
Pastured raised 但若飼料不是 organic 的話, 亦是有問題。市面可買到 Organic 的，但要買 organic pastured 的話，就困難了!

There is no $2 a dozen eggs anywhere anymore nowadays. It is literally $7+ for the cheapest we can get 😢 I got a dozen at that price just a week age 🥹
Where are you located? Here in Midwest you can still find eggs below $7, spending more than $7 on eggs is considered luxury😂
