Very well explained. I am not diagnosed on The paper, but to pshycologist think I have BPD or many BPD traits including C-PTSD, and relational trauma and trauma from sexual abuse. I have had a FP since I was 4 years old. I’ve always had that, and it is so important as you say, just because you have a disgnosis, does not mean it is any excuse to treat people bad or be crossing their boundaries. People have their own lives outside of us. I would want to call my FP 100 times a day, but I know that is not ok to do. Right now my therapist is my FP, and I want to ask her everything about her, but she never shared anything about her with me, so i take it as she want to keep her life private, and I could never get myself to ask, Even tough i really want to. It’s a bit of internal struggle, and I need to talk reasonable with myself so I dont act like a 3 year old kid, wanting attention 😅

Thankyou so much for taking the time to respond. You sound like your doing amazing recognising your illness faults without blaming you actions on the illness. I'm glad you found my explaining helpful and hope you have a lovely day.

    Hey Molly
I m in awe of how much you’re connected to yourself with all of the beautiful colours and the shades of your personality
I m curious what was it that made you decide to be open about all of this to the world, though I m sure that it came from a genuinely pure space very strongly
Thankyou so much for being you, filterlessly with all of us :)

Thank you so much for your kind words they mean a lot!! I feel like its important to talk about these topics good and bad. I used to be ashamed of my mental health and my past experiences but I realised the more shame we carry and the less we talk openly and honestly the more the stigma and misinformation grows so I just want to hopefully help others feel less alone and stop some of the stigma. :)

Its so upsetting and crushing that certain traits we have, and already have immesne giilt and difficulty with are now painted as just toxic personhood and people are encouraged to just avoid now. Yes we have relapses and life events undo positive work, but doesn't mean were toxic.

What do you do when you don't have a partner and really want a care taker cause u suck at adulting and are tired of just trying to do everything on your own?Where do u start and what do u do?Ive seen therapists before but they werent helpful one was even toxic themselves and atm my plan is just to join more support groups and continue to watch videos on mental health issues plus try some workbooks but im just wondering if theres something to bring me immediate relief from the overwhelming feelings i duno i just feel so stuck and overwhelmed sometimes..Plus i haven't been diagnosed eith bpd but suspect i could have it or cptsd or both.I guess just any advice would be appreciated thanks for the video.

I'm sorry your going through this its really hard and I know every day is a fight , I'm glad your going to support groups I know that they can help and it sounds like your doing a lot to help herself witch is amazing. What is the health care like were you are from have you ever considered medication? I know its not for everyone also getting a diagnosis can help open doors to treatments you can speak to a doctor let them know you believe to be suffering with BPD and why. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with a therapist I had a terrible experience with one as a child so I fully understand 💕
