Lego holds themselves to a high standard of stability. Makes sense, given it's primarily a children's toy brand, but it does mean that their sets may not be as pretty as something like this. Great part usage and detail isn't always the most stable, yknow?

​@@EL-uj1pl And aside from that, I think it's better that Lego goes with their own ways and rules they consider when releasing sets that leads to "imperfections" in design (I'm thinking about those non rotatable one-part knee/elbow joints from the ninjago; star wars and marvel mech sets) and for superior but unofficial designs, there are builders like hachiroku24 and many more.

Too bad that the ball joint pieces are colour locked. It would look even better if they made them in tan. I really like the torso's subtle forward rake with the cone pieces inside the 1x2 modified tile
