I had those tracks on my company truck in 2009 (they still have a picture of my truck on their website). Find you a big parking lot, get it up to about 4th gear, that was on an Eaton 10 speed, and you can cut donuts in your semi!

Have you seen the hydraulic front wheel assist system/kits that get his power from your wet kit or some that add a small hydro pump after the transmission?

We run those on bed trucks in the oilfield! They work well but are hell on the truck, so much strain on everything, chalmers suspension is about the only one that can handle it
We haven’t had a lot of complaints on the tracks being tough on the trucks. Which outfit were you with? Did you run them with the diff unlocked?
@@righttracksystemsint sorry, not complaining about them, the tracks are awesome, I’ve only ever seen one track separate while backing up onto a steel edged rig mat with a 80,000lb pump on the back!
but the issues I saw were blowing through bushings and even bending axles, seemed to me that as mud balled up inside it would put added strain on everything and “pull” the axles into each other

With the mini cabover, you should get a diesel and drivetrain from a 330 john deere lawn mower and put that in it.

You could always add a jeep dolly to Brutus. Quick change between tandem or tri-axle semi.

That seems quite useful for humid areas, I don't know why it is not used. If you have seen videos of truck drivers in Brazil, those wheels would be very useful.

Blann Tractor from Hampton, Arkansas, beautiful red Pete. The Blann family has been running trucks out of Hampton before I became familiar with them in 1988 when I made a truck parts delivery there.
I know of a 1949 F1 that got over-restored by folks that prefer Duesenberg car restorations. The F1 was a hay bale hauler in the Blann family. Anyone can correct me wrong on the exact year of this F1, and I remember the conversation with Big Mr. Blann while watching a tiger in a stock trailer at an indoor car show just down the road from where Little Rock Bass Pro is many years later. I was there for a model car show, plastic model cars, and the Blanns knew me through big truck parts and service business.

How funny you find tracks that military made in the 50s to put on ten wheeler trucks.
The straps are supposed to go behind the rail it’s a rub rail it’s designed to keep your load from being cut loose if something was to hit the side of your trailer
