There are many beauty and lifestyle youtuber's who I've followed since their audience was small. There a very few who do not end up completely changed by success. Usually it's less insightful and honest content and becomes riddled with paid for videos and discount codes to products that your average person can't afford even at the generously offered discounted price. What seemed honest and truthful became a brand whose only goal is to provide content at a cost. While watching these videos it may feel like entertainment, a form of escapism, but I cannot relate to content that is full of shopping sprees, paid for vacations and decorating luxury apartments. Estee has worked extremely hard and she's earned everything she's achieved. However, I just don't find her to be a genuine unbiased personality anymore. Social media based success at becoming at brand is amazing, but it's not without it's pitfalls. There are still glimpses of down to earth estee sharing private moments of her life where she's not trying to sell something and I stick around for that. I'm rambling a bit, the inevitable change is always depressing is my point I guess.

Love your apartment but personally I would use that ‚extra‘ room as your make up room. So you could put your makeup desk there and all that extra storage units you have. And I would place the dining table in front of the kitchen and your computer desk on the other side if that makes sense

Erin P. Quinn YES!! they are actually bad for humans as well, when diffused into the air the particles cling to the eyes and create irritation. I use my diffuser with water only for this reason, I don't want puffy itchy eyes. We already have enough allergens and irritants in our lives and homes as it is, why go out of your way to add more to the mix :)
I find it so satisfying when mattresses come in those small/compact boxes, and when you take them out they become regular size 😂 (I might be a little weird) hahah

It’s honestly sad to read some of these comments left on this video. Entering new chapters in your life isn’t always easy or beautiful. After a partner and I split after 7 years it took me a long time to even find a rhythm in a new place, let alone find energy to want to clean it and go through boxes of memories and things shared. Everything comes together in time ! Love you Estée, I’ve watched you throughout all my 20s and I almost feel like this IS the most down to earth and real you, transitioning through something we can all relate to. 💛

Sorry to bring this up if you've already considered it, but you might want to be careful with the essential oil diffuser thingee around Reggie. Apparently certain oils, when inhaled or absorbed over time, can cause neurological problems in cats and dogs. I don't remember which ones, but it might be worth a google search! Hey Estee! You've probably already considered this, but in case you didn't know already just be careful which essential oils you use in the diffuser around Regie. I am ALL FOR the natural light this apartment has going on! So good for the soul. Also to me, it seemed the most natural use of that extra room would be to turn it into your office space! (and could double as a guest bedroom with the pull out couch).
Hey Estee, the new place is beautiful! But just a little suggestion on the orientation of your desk and vanity. Perhaps your vanity should face the window so you can use the natural light while doing your makeup. And for your desk, it might be better to position your desk with the window on the opposite side to your dominant hand. This means you can write making full use of your natural day light! And i'm not sure staring at a computer screen with bright light behind it is the best for your eyes :/ These are just little things my mother would have told me to think about!
When I saw your new video, I was so excited! I love your new apartment. It's so spacious. I was relieved to see that Reggie is living with you. I am pretty late to comments with this one but here's how I would rearrange... I would move the makeup table into the spare room and make that a dressing room for starters. I would move the desk to where the living area is, the living area to where the dining space is and then move the dining table to where the current office space is. I personally just feel it would have a better flow and keep the eating on one side and chill zone on the other. The flat is MEGA though! A place like that in central is most people's fantasy! Congrats on such a wonderful place. x

Well... I think I'm done with this channel. I follow Estee for years, since very early Essie Button. I don't recognize her anymore and I know all this crap about changing, growing, new chapter in life blablabla.. Ok she's a new person now, without Aslan but with her new mattress (and 2min talk about it...) that she didnt have to buy. Really girl..? Smiling, cheering, etc but we all know it's a bit fake when she's after such a huge breakup. She didnt tell people a one word about how she really feels. Seriously I was worried about her and concerned. When just few months ago we could see on this channel hef life with Aslan and Reggie, cooking, shopping, cuddling on a couch and being funny, quirky and (seemed to be) honest. Now we see mattress ad. Glowing skin routine (ad). Beautiful, skinny, smiling Estee (ad, ad, ad). It's plastic, maybe fantastic, but I prefered Estee being straightforward and so lovable.

With all the RUclips breakups lately I feel almost numb to them now. But I dunno.. something about Estée and Aslan is really hitting me hard. I’m going to miss the cosy feeling I got when I watched them together in there old place just chilling with Reggie on a rainy day.. and there walks to the park with reg to get those baked things that they loved so much at that food cart. Or there trips they took back to Canada, or anywhere and Aslan was so full of knowledge and would teach us and Estée about the history of certain things or places. (I know he has a channel and he travels. But still..) a part of me honesty thinks they will get back together later down the road.

You've probably already considered this, but in case you didn't know already just be careful which essential oils you use in the diffuser around Regie. Some common ones are toxic to dog, but it's super accessible to find online which ones. Love you and your videos and congratulations on your new place!

Calatheas are so cute, I have one that is much smaller and more compact, their leaves are supposed to open and close depending on the light levels! At least mine does. 😊

I just moved out on my own after a separation last month too. It is nice to have a fresh start in a new place.
I am ALL FOR the natural light this apartment has going on! So good for the soul. Also to me, it seemed the most natural use of that extra room would be to turn it into your office space! (and could double as a guest bedroom with the pull out couch).

Hey Estee, the new place is beautiful! But just a little suggestion on the orientation of your desk and vanity. Perhaps your vanity should face the window so you can use the natural light while doing your makeup. And for your desk, it might be better to position your desk with the window on the opposite side to your dominant hand. This means you can write making full use of your natural day light! And i'm not sure staring at a computer screen with bright light behind it is the best for your eyes :/ These are just little things my mother would have told me to think about!

hey estee I love the flat and I know you're just getting used to the space and you're busy AF but I would make a floor plan to scale and plan out all your furniture etc its so helpful and means you can really optimise the layout cause those views look awesome!

I am pretty late to comments with this one but here's how I would rearrange... I would move the makeup table into the spare room and make that a dressing room for starters. I would move the desk to where the living area is, the living area to where the dining space is and then move the dining table to where the current office space is. I personally just feel it would have a better flow and keep the eating on one side and chill zone on the other. The flat is MEGA though! A place like that in central is most people's fantasy! Congrats on such a wonderful place. x

Well... I think I'm done with this channel. I follow Estee for years, since very early Essie Button. I don't recognize her anymore and I know all this crap about changing, growing, new chapter in life blablabla.. Ok she's a new person now, without Aslan but with her new mattress (and 2min talk about it...) that she didnt have to buy. Really girl..? Smiling, cheering, etc but we all know it's a bit fake when she's after such a huge breakup. She didnt tell people a one word about how she really feels. Seriously I was worried about her and concerned. When just few months ago we could see on this channel hef life with Aslan and Reggie, cooking, shopping, cuddling on a couch and being funny, quirky and (seemed to be) honest. Now we see mattress ad. Glowing skin routine (ad). Beautiful, skinny, smiling Estee (ad, ad, ad). It's plastic, maybe fantastic, but I prefered Estee being straightforward and so lovable.

I think that many hotels agree if this person is popular and has a lot of subscribers. Or do you think that those famous stars and youtubers buy all those stuff themselves?
