Crazy that people say that coaching doesn't mean much. I would say it's actually *undervalued*! No one other than Pop is taking that 2014 Spurs team to the title. And no one other than Carlisle is taking that 2011 Mavs team to the title.

Weber has the most broadcasting experience. You never know who the next Kenny Smith is going to be. For example Brandon Marshall was great on Inside the NFL, from what I caught and I never would have guessed that.
