It is rich in antioxidants, fibre, maintains blood sugar level, lower the cholesterol . And the best part is it only takes few minutes to prepare. I have shown you my way of serving it but you can certainly go with your choices of fruits and nuts....

@@prettystar7210 Yes. However, grains tend to be higher in carbohydrates, so make sure you’re balancing out the quantities based on how many carbs you’re eating throughout the day. If you find your diet to be too high in fats, I’d suggest using low-fat milk. Other than that, this is a completely healthy recipe and I’d suggest you to give it a go, especially because it’s high in fiber which helps your digestive system & stool!

This one's a delicious and nutritious recipe! I really enjoyed it I have been making masala oats for quite some time and never really thought of this recipe. I have made masala oats using instant oats, rolled oats, and even steel-cut oats. I particularly love the steel-cut masala oats alot. I have also tried this recipe of steel-cut oats which I feel you will love. I think you should check it out

For losing weight plz eat oats with fruits and use water to boil and add for winters jaggery or for summers jaggery powder (shakar) to give a sweet taste hope you'll follow this

You can add Jaggery , just to remember that it will be added after you switch off the flame and cool it for 2 minutes.

Which are the anti- oxidants available in your oats?? How oats will reduce blood sugar?? Normal oats contains carbohydrates sugar less but after fiber it still has other carbohydrates which is also normally becomes blood sugar. And you are adding polished sugar and banana. How it becomes sugar free 😐

What do you mean? She already said “1 cup water, 1 cup milk, 1 cup oats” and “1/2” banana. If you’re talking about the strawberries, you can see that she cut them in half.
